By accessing and using Rafa StickyBot-Pro ("the Bot") and its associated dashboard ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Service

Rafa StickyBot-Pro is a Discord bot that provides server management tools including:

  • Welcome and farewell messages
  • Sticky messages and announcements
  • Premium tier features (translation, scheduling, etc.)
  • Server configuration via web dashboard

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use the Service in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service
  • Not abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer the Bot
  • Not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes
  • Maintain the security of your Discord account and server
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its database

4. Premium Features & Payments

Premium tiers are available via Patreon subscription:

  • Apoiador: €1.50/month - 60 searches/month
  • Basic: €5.00/month - 200 searches/month
  • Pro: €7.00/month - 400 searches/month
  • Ultimate: €15.00/month - Unlimited searches

Premium features are subscription-based and require active Patreon membership. Refunds follow Patreon's refund policy.

5. Data Collection & Storage

The Service collects and stores:

  • Discord server IDs and configuration settings
  • User IDs for authentication and premium tier verification
  • Message content for sticky messages and announcements (as configured by server admins)
  • Premium subscription status linked to Patreon accounts

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Technical issues or hosting provider downtime
  • Discord API limitations or outages
  • Security incidents requiring immediate response

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Data loss or corruption
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service
  • Actions taken by Discord users in your server
  • Third-party service failures (Discord, Patreon, etc.)

8. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Terminate or suspend access to the Service for violations of these Terms
  • Remove the Bot from servers engaging in abuse or illegal activity
  • Discontinue the Service with 30 days notice

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by removing the Bot from your server.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Major changes will be announced in our support server.

10. Discord Partnership

Rafa StickyBot-Pro is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction where the Service operator resides.
